Friday, July 11th 12pm - 1pm
Goizueta Business School, room *304*

(*NOTE the change in room number)

Bob Hascall, Sr. Associate Vice President of Facilitites Management is returning for the third year to lead his popular Servant Leadership Brown Bag discussion. In past years he has explained his division's "Vision 2003" which led the division in the practice of servant leadership principles. With their new "Vision 2008", Facilities Management is developing more staff leadership and committment to the vision and the principles embodied therein.

Come learn how one department operationalizes servant leadership. Learn about their "Vision 2008", including the process they used for generating their vision, their strategic/annual goals and their accountability measures. Bob will also share how you can practice servant leadership principles even in such challenging times as organizational downsizing and restructuring.

Ice tea and dessert will be provided.

Presented by the Employee Council in partnership with the Ethics and Servant Leadership program. Offered as part of a program of inquiry into Servant Leadership. For more information, contact Julia Leon.
