Hillel Gray

Hillel Gray serves as Scholar of Bioethics and Jewish Thought at the Emory Center for Ethics. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and previously worked as Policy Director of the National Environmental Law Center. He has taught at DePaul University, Elmhurst College, Spertus College of Jewish Studies, Spertus College, and the University of Chicago. His research examines the interplay of Jewish law with Christian and secular ethics, end-of-life medical care, and religious approaches to medical  and environmental health risks.
