COVID-19 Resources
Ethics Center faculty members are hard at work, weighing in on ethics issues and providing comments on moral and ethical issues. They are currently speaking to leaders around the country on the COVID-19 pandemic and previously have offered guidance on influenza pandemic. Here is a list of those contributions.

- December 18, 2020 The Pfizer vaccine has been authorized for emergency use. See the most recent CDC publication here:
- December 11, 2020 After much investigation of possible pathways for distributing the initial, limited doses of COVID-19 vaccines, the ACIP has recommended that initial vaccine doses should be offered to: 1) health care personnel and 2) long-term care facility residents. - November 27, 2020 The Center's Associate Director, Kathy Kinlaw, is a member of the ACIP COVID-19 workgroup and co-author of the CDC's recent publication on ethical principles for allocating COVID-19 vaccine.
