Applying for Dual Degrees

Candidates for each dual degree program must apply to each school separately. Evaluation criteria for admission are the same as those for the individual degree program alone; that is, dual degree applicants will be held to the same standard as students who apply through the traditional route. Additionally, the personal statements of students who desire to pursue a dual degree track should reflect this desire; specifically, students should speak to their interest in the dual degree program and explain why they are a good fit for the program within their personal statements.

Students accepted into the dual degree program will be notified of acceptance by both schools. If students are accepted into one school but not the other, they may enroll in the school that has accepted them, but not as a dual degree student.

Upon admission to the dual degree program, students should consult with the appropriate program director of each school to plan their courses of study.
