The need for a central ethics resource in the greater Atlanta region is rising dramatically. Georgia is courting new businesses, particularly in the technology sector, where ethical challenges and their broad implications for society are the topics of national discussion. The opportunity is not only regional; recent opinion polls show public trust in business eroding at a startling pace in the United States and internationally. Indeed, we face a global crisis in ethical leadership.

The Ethics Center is the premier ethics body in the southeastern United States and among the leading ethics centers in the nation. Our center has spent many years carefully developing and implementing a Corporate and Organizational Ethics Program, which engages in ethics consultation, training, and ethics crisis management for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Given the stature of the Ethics Center and the business environment of Atlanta, we have the opportunity to become the national model for corporate and organizational ethics.
